Owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Tim and Emily, Sprayd runs as a fully self-operating business with no on-site staff. Following a competitive tender, Shopfitting Brisbane was selected to deliver the complete fit out — combining quality craftsmanship with striking, high-end design.

This Brisbane fit out was carefully planned to create a comfortable, luxurious atmosphere from the moment customers arrive. Working alongside talented designer Geni, our team delivered a contemporary, high-end aesthetic that blends soft pink tones with striking Rosetta feature walls, elegant brass detailing, and warm walnut timber accents.
Every element was coordinated to suit a fully automated, staff-free business model, giving customers the flexibility to book and tan entirely at their own convenience.

Arched Bulkhead Partitioning: New flush-plastered ceilings and steel-stud partitioning throughout, including a feature arched bulkhead over the waiting area for a polished, contemporary look.
Soft Pink Tones & Rosetta Feature Walls: A refined colour palette of soft pink tones paired with striking Rosetta feature walls, creating a high-end, photogenic interior.
Brass Signage & Tapware: Elegant brass signage and premium brass tapware, adding warmth and a luxurious finishing touch.
Walnut Timber Accents: Warm walnut timber detailing to complement the pink and brass palette and complete the sophisticated aesthetic.
Vinyl Flooring with Coved Skirting: Durable vinyl flooring to the waiting area and passage, plus vinyl flooring with coved skirting in the tanning rooms for easy maintenance and a clean finish.
Custom Aluminium Shopfront Door: A new aluminium-framed single door installed using the existing side lite, refreshing the shopfront entrance.
Reeded Vinyl Film Shopfront Glass: Reeded vinyl film applied to the shopfront glass for privacy, style, and standout street appeal.
Halo-Lit Main Sign: An illuminated halo-lit main sign to give the studio a striking, professional presence.
Frameless Shower Screen: A clear, toughened glass shower screen with polished edges and aluminium wall channel, finishing the modern bathroom.
Four Solid Core Doors: Four solid core doors with aluminium frames and hinges, prepared and ready for client-installed locks.
Full Electrical Fit Out: Supply and installation of downlights, power points, dedicated vending machine and hand dryer outlets, and high-amperage power for the automated tanning booths.
Full Plumbing & CAT1 Drainage: Complete hot and cold water pipework, cold water supply to both tanning units, and CAT1 drainage works including cutting, laying, and reinstating the concrete slab.
Waterproofing: Full waterproofing to the shower wall and floor for lasting protection and compliance.
Joinery Coordination: Supply and install of fixed shelving to the storage area, plus careful installation of client-supplied vanity, shower seat, grab rails, mirrors, and fittings.

The finished studio includes a welcoming reception and waiting area, two private tanning rooms with automated booths, and a modern bathroom with vanity and shower facilities.
